CANCELLATION:

  • If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the total price will be charged.

 

PRE-PAYMENT: No deposit will be charged.

 

CHECK-IN upon arrival: From 14:00 hours

CHECK-OUT when departing: Until 12:00 hours

 

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS:

  • Child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib.
  • Child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
  • Child over 12 years old or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
  • The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1.
  • Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS: Visa, MasterCard, Amex.

Matoula Beach accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.

 

WHAT WE DO TO CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF:

We Clean. We Care. We Welcome.

WE DISINFECT AND CLEAN all surfaces multiple times a day, with special attention to those surfaces that are touched by many, with rigorous cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and all the public areas.

WE WASH & SANITIZE OUR HANDS frequently and we encourage our guests to do the same. In all public areas sanitizer dispensers are available for our guests and colleagues.

KEEP DISTANCE  more precisely, we keep a minimum of 1,5 meters distance, both to guests and our colleagues!

NO PHYSICAL CONTACT it means -unfortunately- no handshakes, kisses, and hugs.

We use uvc lamps and steam cleaners for cleaning rooms and spaces!

WE CARE for our guests and employees by introducing additional measures to safeguard their wellbeing:

  • Provision of medical masks & gloves, for our employees.
  • Our buffett and restaurants operate with all the regulations of Greek government.
  • Swimming pool and public areas are cleaned and operate with all the Greek government regulations.
  • Regular training of our employees ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of Covid-19.
  • We are in constant communication with the relevant health and travel & local authorities to keep our guests and employees updated and to advise them on appropriate measures to observe.
